Q2 2024 REPORT:

It was a busy quarter for us at CryptoUnity. Here is an overview of what we have achieved in the second quarter of 2024, according to our plan for it.

MARKETING & COMMUNITY

  • Continue participation in industry events and conferences to increase project visibility. ⌛
  • Launch an affiliate partnership program to deepen community ties and expand our reach. ✅
  • Extend our successful community growth campaigns with new airdrops. ✅
  • Develop marketing partnerships and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies. ⌛
  • Enhance our online presence through strategic SEO and content development, including TikTok, articles, and narrative adjustments suitable for global audiences. ✅
  • Attend key events in our field such as Podim, GGS, and others enhancing visibility and network. ✅
  • Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve visibility and user acquisition in app stores. ✅
  • Broaden the GTM strategy to include markets outside Slovenia, adapting our approach to meet global demands. ✋

The pre-launch campaigns were successfully executed. They helped us improve our funneling channels and the way we target our customers. Based on these campaigns, we adjusted our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and focused on PR and SEO optimization, which proved to be an effective way to reduce marketing costs and increase reach.

Additionally, we launched “Kriptokast” and other content initiatives to build the image of CryptoUnity as a user-friendly exchange, increase our organic reach on social media, and create content that will later be accessible in the “Workshops” section of the app. We prepared our GTM strategy but have put it on hold due to issues with Apple, which prevented us from carrying out an official app launch, resulting in only a soft launch. We felt it was not sensible to spend marketing funds on an incomplete product (missing PSP integration for credit card cryptocurrency purchases), which was not available to all potential users due to issues with Apple approving our App to be listed in the App Store. 

DEVELOPMENT (DEV)

  • Update the website further in preparation for the exchange launch. ✅
  • Continue to develop and improve educational workshops and user experiences. ✅
  • Conduct multiple internal re-tests of all platform 1.0 functions to ensure stability and readiness. ✅
  • Adapt the backend to support new and upcoming features. ✅
  • Translate workshops and the application into additional languages to cater to a broader audience. ✅
  • Prepare for and execute the launch of the application, ensuring everything is streamlined and user-friendly. ✅
  • Conduct rigorous testing of the application, including security testing by certified ethical hackers. ✅
  • Integrate liquidity provider services via API ✅
  • Optimize the staking smart contract to ensure it meets current standards. ✅

BUSINESS

  • Complete the preparation of all legal documents required for exchange functionalities. ✅
  • Continue to educate and expand our team to support our growing operations. ✅
  • Finalize the signing of contracts for listing on centralized exchanges. ✋
  • Actively seek investments to fuel further development and expansion. ✅

CUT

  • Decrease the staking APR to align with the token’s ecosystem and the market conditions. ✅
  • Conduct the third burning event of the $CUT token. ✅
  • Turn off the “buy&stake with a bonus” option once the platform launches. ✅
  • Organizing the first BuyBack event. ✅
    • We additionally completed the second BuyBack.
  • Fully integrate $CUT on the CryptoUnity exchange, ensuring seamless transaction capabilities for our users. ✅
CUT LISTING ON A CENTRALIZED EXCHANGE

Initially, we planned to integrate T2 CEX into CryptoUnity for seamless CUT trading. However, after thorough consideration, we developed our own system reflecting CUT trading on a decentralized pool. This reduces costs and positively impacts the CUT ecosystem by enhancing liquidity and supporting the market.

Currently, listing on other CEXs doesn’t align with our strategy until we achieve higher trading volumes, integrate crypto deposit/withdrawal functionality, and fully utilize tiers and utility within the CryptoUnity app. We have approvals for six centralized exchanges but believe that focusing our resources on gaining users will have a more positive impact on the CUT ecosystem at this point.

PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

With that in mind, let’s look at our plans for the future. We have prepared a plan for what follows for the CryptoUnity app in the next months. We recognize that dynamic factors influence scheduling, so instead of setting rigid deadlines, we’re detailing the sequence of updates and new features. This way, you can better anticipate the exciting enhancements on the horizon. Please note, that various initiatives may overlap, and some hold precedence over others, potentially shifting the planned order.

Referral Program

Our referral program is currently in development, with the design phase already completed. Once fully developed, we will integrate it into our platform, allowing you to share your unique referral codes, invite new users to the CryptoUnity exchange, and earn rewards for each successful onboarding.

Payment Service Provider (PSP)

The implementation of the Payment Service Provider, or PSP, is a significant advancement. This feature will enable you to make direct payments via your credit card, simplifying the process of purchasing crypto directly within our platform. Introducing this credit card option is a priority, and as such, it may advance ahead of other features if its development progresses more quickly than anticipated.

Recurring Buy

With the PSP integration into our platform, the option for recurring buys will soon follow. This feature will allow you to set up automatic purchases directly from your wallet, simplifying the process of following your Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) plans and making it virtually impossible to forget scheduled investments.

Customer Journey Enhancements

We are committed to continuously improving the customer experience. By enriching the ‘What to Do Next’ screens by providing additional steps and guidance where necessary, we aim to make navigating our platform as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.

Tips Screens

We will expand the knowledge mode of our app, which includes concise explanations and smart tips designed to enhance your navigation and understanding of the crypto world. This feature will be extended to more areas of the app where it is not currently available, ensuring it evolves in tandem with the app’s growth.

Tiers + Subscription

Introducing different tiers and subscription options will be a significant development for our $CUT token utility. This feature will categorize users into various tiers based on their $CUT holdings, offering distinct benefits and enhancing user engagement on the app.

Crypto Deposits/Withdrawals

The implementation of crypto deposits and withdrawals marks the completion of our primary centralized platform. This upgrade will enable you to, not only trade and store crypto but also seamlessly transfer assets between CryptoUnity and other wallets or platforms.

Cold Wallet Integration

Following the perfection of our centralized platform features, we will integrate our innovative cold wallet solution for decentralized, offline crypto storage, culminating in a comprehensive and secure CryptoUnity platform experience. We will enable pre-orders of the cold wallet card, once nearing it.

Ongoing User-Centric Developments

Our journey doesn’t end with the above milestones. We remain dedicated to listening to your feedback, suggestions, and ideas. Our commitment is to develop, upgrade, and grow together, adapting and innovating according to the needs of our users.

Continuous Updates

Simultaneously with these scheduled updates, we will persistently enhance our platform by:

  • Adding new cryptocurrencies.
  • Expanding our educational workshops.
  • Enriching the app with more informational tips.

*Marketing

We have thoroughly reviewed our customer journey and target audience, leading to adjustments in our funneling and GTM strategy, which is now in advanced stages. In August, we tested PR channels in Slovenia and will launch our first “webinar campaign” soon.

In the coming months, we’ll focus on enhancing our SEO presence with educational and engaging content on crypto and investing, while targeting beginners through different channels.

This roadmap not only sets the stage for upcoming innovations but also underscores our commitment to adaptability, transparency, and user-focused development. Let’s continue to shape the future of crypto together!
