Excitingly, we will soon introduce tiered fee structures, offering various ways for users to reduce their fees. This new system will reward active users and provide more opportunities to minimize costs, making our platform even more accessible and cost-effective.
Account Opening and Monthly Maintenance Fees
There are no fees to open a CryptoUnity account, and there is no monthly maintenance fee associated with your CryptoUnity account.
Fees for Deposits and Withdrawals via Bank Transfer
Depending on your location, we offer various payment methods including SEPA transfers and SWIFT transfers for EUR deposits and withdrawals.
The fees vary based on the order value, your location, card type, the issuer’s location, and the transaction type. These fees are calculated when you place your order and are shown in the transaction preview.
For EUR SEPA deposits, there is a minimum fee of 0.15% with a minimum charge of €1.50, covering bank provider fees. However, additional fees may be charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment wallet provider.
For SWIFT deposits, there is a 0.4% fee with a minimum fee of €10, covering bank provider fees. Additional fees may apply from your bank, card issuer, or payment wallet provider.
For EUR SEPA withdrawals, a 1% fee is applied with a minimum charge of €2, including bank provider fees. Additional fees may be imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment wallet provider.
For SWIFT withdrawals, there is a 1% fee with a minimum charge of €25, covering bank provider fees. Additional fees may be charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment wallet provider.
Buy and Sell Fees
When using the CryptoUnity app to buy or sell cryptocurrencies, fees are applied. These fees are calculated at the time of your order and depend on factors such as the payment method selected, order value, market conditions, order type, and your transaction history.
Fees are displayed on the transaction preview screen before you complete your transaction and may vary for similar transactions. By completing an order, you agree to pay the applicable fees for that transaction.
For buying and selling cryptocurrencies, a 1% fee is charged with a minimum fee of €0.99, covering all transaction costs.
Spread
Depending on market conditions, asset liquidity, and order size, a spread might be included in the quoted price. A spread can also be included in the exchange rate when exchanging one cryptocurrency for another. Quoted prices and/or exchange rates are displayed on the transaction preview screen before you confirm your transaction.
Including a spread increases the likelihood of transaction success and enables faster execution at the quoted price. Note that the spread may vary for similar transactions.
