- The campaign starts in June 2024 and ends on 25th July 2024. Participation is only valid within this timeframe.
- Eligibility:
This campaign is open to all eligible participants. To participate, individuals must have reached the age of majority according to the legal standards of their respective country. The campaign is open to legal residents of all countries where participation is not prohibited by law. Employees of CU Ltd, the company behind the CryptoUnity project (“CryptoUnity” or “Organizer”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and suppliers (collectively referred to as the “Employees”), immediate family members, and those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign. The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations at the European, national, and local levels and is void where prohibited by law. Specifically, the campaign is not open to individuals residing in countries where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or severely restricted, including but not limited to the USA, Ethiopia, Iraq, Syria, Vanuatu, Nepal, Bolivia, Algeria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Macedonia, Morocco, and Cambodia. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in accordance with their local laws and regulations. - Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree to accept the decisions of CryptoUnity as final and binding concerning the content of this event. CryptoUnity reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or end it in the event of force majeure that could result in harm to the company, encompassing material or visual damage, or any attempts at undermining its integrity. This policy is applicable to all individuals, including participants and non-participants, who may engage in actions that compromise the company’s reputation and mission. Any such actions will be subject to legal proceedings under the Court of Obligations Act.

All expenses of participation, including but not limited to internet and electricity costs, token purchase costs, transaction costs, and other costs are borne by the participant. Any and all prize-related expenses, including and without limitation any and all national, federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for CryptoUnity to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. - Winner Selection, Distribution and Key Dates:
The top 3 participants with the largest buys of CUT on Pancake Swap will receive USDT rewards in the amount of their highest purchase of CUT. For example, if a participant buys $1,000 worth of CUT and is the top 1 buyer, they will receive 30% of $1,000 as a reward, which is $300 USDT. The reward structure is as follows:

To be eligible for a reward, participants must accept, confirm the reward, and reply to CryptoUnity’s email, with their wallet address within 5 days after the competition ends. If they fail to respond, another winner will be automatically chosen.
Rewards will be distributed within 14 days after confirmation through email. Please note that all participants are subject to eligibility criteria as outlined in our campaign rules. The winners will be announced following the campaign’s closure, and tokens will be distributed according to the schedule.
Eligibility for Receiving Rewards in USDT
To be eligible for receiving rewards in USDT, the following conditions must be met:
• New Purchases Only: Only new purchases of CUT on PancakeSwap are eligible for receiving rewards. It is prohibited to sell CUT and then buy it again to qualify for rewards. The top 3 highest purchases must be new and separate transactions, not influenced by previous holdings. For example, if a user holds $1,000 worth of CUT from before the event started, sells it, and then repurchases it, this will not be considered an eligible purchase for the rewards.
To be eligible for USDT rewards, participants must hold CUT tokens until the rewards are distributed. Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification.
The Organizer is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive a reward due to an incorrect wallet address, spam filters, or other security settings. The winner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Dates:
• 22rd July 2024: Buy Competition Ends
• 23th July 2024: Burn day when we burn a certain amount of CUT tokens as stated in our social news and posts.
• 24th July 2024: BuyBack occurs, we buy back the amount of the top 3 biggest buys combined.
- Conditions:
The Organizer is not responsible for a Winner’s failure to receive a reward due to an incorrect wallet address provided by the Winner, spam, junk e-mail filters, or other security settings. It is also the Winner’s responsibility to ensure they have functioning contact information. Receipt of the reward by the Winner is contingent upon compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER, AS DETERMINED AT CRYPTOUNITY’S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT, AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE REVOKED. - With participation in the event, winners agree with the public announcement of their initials, BEP-20 wallet addresses provided, and country on social media (example: C.D., Argentina, BEP-20 wallet), if the Organizer chooses to do so.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless CryptoUnity and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Campaign and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. The organizer excludes any liability for any undesirable consequences that participating users or others may suffer due to participation in the BBBB campaign. The organizer is also not responsible for server unavailability or technical errors and disruptions outside its control.
- Taxes: Winners are responsible for notifying tax authorities about the reward and paying any applicable taxes.
- Termination and Cancellation of the BBBB: The event campaign may be terminated under circumstances outside the Organizer’s control. CryptoUnity reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if unforeseen issues arise, including technical problems or unauthorized interventions. Participants will be informed of any changes. The organizer is not liable for any damages to participants/users due to such changes.
- Violation of the Rules: In the event of a breach of these rules, the Organizer may disqualify participants. Those using illegal methods or employing fake accounts will be disqualified.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating in the BBBB, participants agree to these rules. They affirm their understanding of an agreement with these rules and commit to complying with them.
- Non-compliance: Participants who don’t adhere to these terms will be deemed as not having participated according to the rules and can be disqualified from the selection process.
- Personal Data: By participating, individuals permit the organizer to collect and process their personal data for the purposes of conducting the BBBB, informing winners, announcing winners, and other marketing initiatives. The organizer commits to protecting this data as per relevant laws and not sharing it with third parties unless necessary for the BBBB or mandated by law.
- Data Retention: Participants allow the Organizer to maintain their personal data for marketing and informational purposes. Participants can withdraw their consent by emailing info@cryptounity.org. Upon receipt of such a request, the organizer will delete the data within 15 days, unless legally required to retain it.
- Risk of Participation: Participants join the BBBB at their own risk. The Rules take effect upon their publication.
- Change of Rules, Terms, and Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify these participation rules. All changes and updates will be communicated by the organizer to the participants through the same social media channels where the giveaway was announced.
- Disclaimer: The organizer does not accept any liability for damages arising from the acceptance or use of the reward, a stipulation which the participants expressly acknowledge and agree to.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This campaign is governed by the laws of Slovenia. In the event of disputes related to this BBBB, the court in Ljubljana will have exclusive jurisdiction. The governing law for these terms is Slovenian law. The language used for this giveaway and its associated terms is English.
- Social Media Disclaimer: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any similar social media platforms.
- Withdrawal of Participation: Participants may revoke their consent for participation at any time by sending a withdrawal request to the email address: info@cryptounity.org. Upon doing so, the participant will be removed from further participation.
