- Organizer of the Partner Program and Duration:
The Affiliate Program is organized by CU d.o.o., Kotnikova 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Organizer” or “CryptoUnity”). The program lasts for 3 months from the start of the program or no later than January 31, 2025.
Applications for the Partner Program are open until October 15, 2024. Applications can be submitted via the online form at the following link: https://cryptounity.org/partner-program/. - Conditions for Participation:
The Partner Program is open to individuals over the age of 18 who successfully submit their application and are selected by the organizer to participate. Upon selection, they receive a unique partner code that they can share with potential users of the CryptoUnity app (in person, via social media, etc.).
Each new user who registers and verifies on the CryptoUnity app using this code and makes a purchase of the CUT cryptocurrency earns the partner a commission of 10% of the value of the CUT purchase. - Commission Payout:
- The commission is paid out in EUR currency to the partner’s CryptoUnity account and is made weekly, every Friday.
- The commission can only be used for cryptocurrency purchases on the CryptoUnity platform.
- Payouts in EUR to a bank account are not possible. The partner must use the commission in EUR to purchase cryptocurrencies, which must be held for at least 1 month, after which they can be converted back to EUR and withdrawn if the partner wishes to do so.
- Payouts will continue for 3 months after the start of the program or no later than January 31, 2025. 31. 1. 2025 .
- User Rewards and Partner Conditions:
- Every user who registers and verifies on the CryptoUnity app using the partner’s unique code receives 5 EUR in credit, which can be used for cryptocurrency purchases.
- The credit can only be withdrawn after 1 month if the purchased cryptocurrencies have been held for the entire time.
- Partners will receive a weekly report via email on their status (number of new users, commission amount for payout).
- Duration and Conditions of the Partner Program:
- Applications for the Partner Program are open until October 15, 2024. After applying, the organizer will contact the partners and provide further instructions.
- The CryptoUnity Partner Program will last for 3 months, during which time commissions will be paid weekly.
- After this period (no later than January 31, 2025), commissions will no longer be paid.
- Irregularities, Abuse, and Invalid Applications:
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with the program’s rules or abuse the Partner Program. Abuses include, but are not limited to, intentional repeated purchases and sales of CUT cryptocurrency for the purpose of earning commissions. In such cases, these purchases and sales will not be eligible for commission payouts, and the participant will not be entitled to a commission for such transactions.
The organizer also does not recognize commissions in the event of the use of fake accounts or other fraudulent actions to gain an unfair advantage.
This section clearly states that manipulations involving repeated CUT purchases and sales do not qualify for commissions. - Tax Obligations:
Each partner is responsible for reporting their prize and paying any applicable taxes according to the relevant laws. - Limitation of Liability:
The organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the execution or continuation of the program. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules or conditions of the Partner Program if circumstances beyond its control require it. - Rules and Conditions:
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or change this program and its conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control require it. - Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes or discrepancies, Slovenian law will apply, and the competent court will be the District Court of Ljubljana. - Privacy and Data Protection:
By participating in the Partner Program, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purposes of communication and program execution in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
