General Terms and Conditions for CryptoUnity Online Store

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a legal document and are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. They govern the operations of the CryptoUnity store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider (CU D.O.O.) and the customer.

2. Methods of Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods:

Credit card

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include value-added tax. The provider reserves the right to make daily price changes. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is established when the provider confirms the order, and the buyer receives an email confirming the current order status. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and applicable to both the provider and the buyer.

4. Purchase Process

Purchases are made through the online store without the need for registration. The buyer is required to agree to the terms of the online store’s business. After submitting the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

5. Returns and Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of their intention to return purchased goods without providing a reason. The goods must be returned within an additional 30 days from the notification of the return, and the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.

The option to withdraw from the purchase allows customers to open and inspect the item. If the item does not meet expectations or is not suitable, the customer can withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations do not apply if the item is defective or non-functional at the time of purchase, in which case the customer is eligible for a return.

Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same quantity as received, or a refund will not be issued.

6. Delivery

Goods will be delivered within the agreed-upon period, which does not exceed 30 days from the receipt of payment.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The provider guarantees the protection of all user personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data will only be used for order fulfillment, sending informative material, offers, invoices, and other necessary communications. Under no circumstances will user data be shared with unauthorized individuals.

8. Communication

The provider will contact the user via remote communication only if the user does not expressly object to it. Advertising electronic messages will be clearly and unequivocally marked as such, with the sender clearly visible, and actions, promotions, and marketing techniques clearly defined. The method for unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will also be clearly presented.

9. Disclaimer

While the provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information on its website, products, stock, and prices may change rapidly. In such cases, the provider will inform the buyer of any changes and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory solution.

Product photos are typically accurate representations of specific product models, but they should be considered symbolic and may not guarantee product features.

10. Complaints

Complaints are valid within 8 days from the day of purchase, later complaints are not taken into account. We will try to resolve every complaint in favor of the user (buyer), unless it is a case of damaged goods due to improper use.

The buyer can advertise the goods if the product does not have the properties that were stated or the seller promised them to him. Complaints are also valid in the event that the seller sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity, or color or in any other way deviating from the buyer’s order.

In the event of a complaint, the buyer can, in accordance with legal restrictions, request a replacement of the item, a reduction of the purchase price in proportion to the defect in the item, or a refund of the purchase price.

The buyer can return the claimed goods at the seller’s expense, but they must agree on this

in advance via the e-mail address, otherwise, we do not accept shipments with a ransom.
