1. Organizer and Duration of the Prize Campaign:
The Christmas and New Year’s CUT Campaign is organized by CU d.o.o., Kotnikova 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Organizer” or “CryptoUnity”). The campaign is not sponsored, supported, or administered by the social media platforms where it takes place.
The Christmas and New Year’s CUT Campaign starts on December 24, 2024, and ends on January 15, 2025.
2. Participation Conditions:
Participation is open to individuals over the age of 18 who successfully purchase the cryptocurrency CUT via the CryptoUnity application after the start of the campaign.
3. Irregularities and Invalidity:
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with the rules or misuse the promotion by deliberate actions such as repeated purchases and sales of CUT to gain credits.
4. Rewards and Redemption of Rewards:
Each participant who successfully purchases CUT receives credits within 24 hours in their CryptoUnity account based on the amount of CUT purchased:
- €50 to €99: 2% credit
- €100 to €249: 5% credit
- €250 to €499: 10% credit
- €500 to €999: 15% credit
- €1,000 to €4,999: 20% credit
- €5,000 and above: 30% credit
4.1. Credit
Credits can only be used to purchase cryptocurrencies on the CryptoUnity platform. The purchased CUT must be held for at least 6 months and cannot be exchanged for EUR or sold. Failure to comply will result in the removal of the credits or cryptocurrencies purchased with the credits from the user’s account.
After 6 months, the user may convert CUT, credits, or cryptocurrencies purchased with credits into EUR and withdraw them to a previously verified personal bank account.
5. Privacy and Data Usage:
By receiving and using the credits, participants agree that the organizer may use their personal data solely for this event and further marketing activities. Participants consent to their email address being used for marketing communications. The organizer is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Tax Obligations:
Participants are responsible for reporting rewards and paying any applicable taxes in accordance with regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, participants accept these terms and agree to abide by them. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event that the CryptoUnity platform ceases to operate, credits or cryptocurrencies purchased with credits and their value will be deleted or removed from the user’s account.
8. Rules and Conditions:
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the event’s conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control require it.
9. Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, Slovenian law applies, and the competent court is the District Court in Ljubljana.
