1. Event Organizer and Duration:
The event “Promotion Mail 10” is organized by CU d.o.o., Kotnikova 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Organizer” or “CryptoUnity”). The event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the social media platforms where it is conducted.
The event “Promotion Mail 10” begins on January 3, 2025, and ends at midnight on January 12, 2025.
2. Participation Conditions:
Participation is open to individuals over 18 years of age who meet the following conditions:
- Download the CryptoUnity app and successfully verify their account. Note: Only accounts with completed, successful verification are eligible. Accounts with unsuccessful, incomplete, or rejected verification are not eligible for the reward.
- To participate, users must have an account registered on the CryptoUnity platform.
- The promotion applies exclusively to accounts verified between January 3, 2025, and January 12, 2025 (inclusive).
- Accounts verified outside this period are not eligible for participation.

3. Irregularities and Invalid Entries:
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules or attempt to exploit the promotion through deliberate actions, such as creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
4. Rewards and Reward Claim:
Each participant who fulfills all the promotion conditions will receive a €10 credit to their CryptoUnity account, which can only be used to purchase cryptocurrencies on the platform.
- Non-withdrawable Credit: The credited amount cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or converted into fiat currency (EUR).
- Limitations on Purchased Cryptocurrencies: Cryptocurrencies purchased with the credited amount can only be converted into EUR and withdrawn after 6 months from the date the credit was received.
- Denial of Early Withdrawal: Requests for withdrawal of cryptocurrencies purchased with the credited amount before the 6-month period will be denied.
By participating in the promotion, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms of credit use.
Rewards for this promotion will be distributed within 48 hours of successful account verification. The credit will be loaded onto the participant’s verified account. The Organizer reserves the right to extend this timeframe in case of unforeseen circumstances but will notify participants through official communication channels.
Participants acknowledge and accept this timeframe.
5. Privacy and Data Usage:
By participating in the promotion, participants agree that the Organizer may use their personal data to conduct the promotion and for future marketing activities. The Organizer commits to protecting personal data by applicable laws.
6. Tax Obligations:
Participants are responsible for reporting rewards and paying any applicable taxes in accordance with regulations.
7. Liability Limitation:
Participants accept these terms and agree to comply with them by participating in the event. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and conditions if required by unforeseen circumstances.
8. Rules and Conditions:
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the event’s conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control require it.
9. Dispute Resolution:
In case of disputes, Slovenian law applies, and the competent court is the District Court in Ljubljana.
