- The campaign will begin on February 27, 2024, at 6 PM UTC and will end on April 27, 2024, at 6 PM UTC. Participation is only valid within this timeframe.
- Eligibility:
This campaign is open to all eligible participants. To participate, individuals must have reached the age of majority according to the legal standards of their respective country. The campaign is open to legal residents of all countries where participation is not prohibited by law. Employees of CU Ltd, the company behind the CryptoUnity project (“CryptoUnity” or “Organizer”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and suppliers (collectively referred to as the “Employees”), immediate family members, and those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign. The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations at the European, national, and local levels and is void where prohibited by law. Specifically, the campaign is not open to individuals residing in countries where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or severely restricted, including but not limited to the USA, Ethiopia, Iraq, Syria, Vanuatu, Nepal, Bolivia, Algeria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Macedonia, Morocco, and Cambodia. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in accordance with their local laws and regulations. - Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree to accept the decisions of CryptoUnity as final and binding concerning the content of this airdrop. CryptoUnity reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or end it in the event of force majeure that could result in harm to the company, encompassing material or visual damage, or any attempts at undermining its integrity. This policy is applicable to all individuals, including participants and non-participants, who may engage in actions that compromise the company’s reputation and mission. Any such actions will be subject to legal proceedings under the Court of Obligations Act. - Expenses of participation:
All expenses of participation, including but not limited to internet and electricity costs, token purchase costs, transaction costs, and other costs are borne by the participant. Any and all prize-related expenses, including and without limitation any and all national, federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for CryptoUnity to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. - Winner Selection and Distribution:
The winners who successfully concluded all tasks in this campaign are eligible for the prize pool. The participants who have completed all tasks as per campaign requirements are eligible to claim their share of the prize pool designated for each campaign.

A minimum purchase of $20 in $CUT tokens any time after the campaign starts is required to qualify for any rewards. Participants failing to meet these criteria, including the mandatory purchase, will not be eligible for rewards, regardless of their points or standing in the event on Gleam. - Conditions:
The Organizer is not responsible for a Winner’s failure to receive a reward due to an incorrect wallet address provided by the Winner, spam, junk e-mail filters, or other security settings. It is also the Winner’s responsibility to ensure they have functioning contact information. Receipt of the reward by the Winner is contingent upon compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The organizer excludes any liability for any undesirable consequences that participating users or others may suffer due to participation in the airdrop campaign. The organizer is also not responsible for server unavailability or technical errors and disruptions outside its control.
- Taxes: Winners are responsible for notifying tax authorities about the reward and paying any applicable taxes.

- Violation of the Rules: In the event of a breach of these rules, the Organizer may disqualify participants. Those using illegal methods or participating on behalf of others without consent may also be disqualified. If a disqualified winner has already received a reward, the organizer may request its return or its monetary value.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating in the airdrop, participants agree to these rules. They affirm their understanding of and agreement with these rules and commit to complying with them.

- Change of Rules, Terms, and Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify these participation rules. All changes and updates will be communicated by the organizer to the participants through the same social media channels where the giveaway was announced.
- Disclaimer: The organizer does not accept any liability for damages arising from the acceptance or use of the reward, a stipulation which the participants expressly acknowledge and agree to.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This campaign is governed by the laws of Slovenia. In the event of disputes related to this airdrop, the court in Ljubljana will have exclusive jurisdiction. The governing law for these terms is Slovenian law. The language used for this giveaway and its associated terms is English.

- Withdrawal of Participation: Participants may revoke their consent for participation at any time by sending a withdrawal request to the email address: info@cryptounity.org. Upon doing so, the participant will be removed from further participation.
- Notification about Winning a Reward: The winner will be notified of their win via the email address within 30 working days from the draw date. Upon notification, the winner will be provided with details about their reward and will be asked to claim (accept) the reward within 5 working days of receiving the email by replying to the notification email. If the winner does not reply to the email and accept the reward within 5 working days, the Organizer reserves the right to either retain the reward prize. Reward Return Policy: If the winner of the airdrop campaign chooses to accept the reward, they have the option to return it within 3 working days of its receipt. The winner can only return the reward itself.
